Old Lyme, CT 2011

Long, cool, restful days in Old Lyme. That is what we are enjoying here in CT at the beach cottage. Although we are working on the restoration on the cottage, we are taking time to chill out and enjoy playing, gardening, and reading. The sun rises here at 4:15 a.m., a dream come true for us early risers. Mom enjoys meating the deer and rabbits on her early morning runs. Dad spends the week working his financial business at his satelite office in the corner of the cottage. The kids are playing all day outdoors. Baseball and crabbing during the day, walking down to the carousel and ice cream parlor at night. Temperatures are 50's during the night and 70's during the day. It's heavenly!
